States that "While on the Monroe subject, I should tell you that Rachel (Piper) Monroe’s will (not recorded in Will Book in Westmoreland) was found among loose papers by George H. S. King. I received copy of will from Va. Historical Society, which does in fact name “ANNE DISHMAN” as daughter of Rachel – i.e., Anne Monroe who, about 1765, married Wm. Dishman (ca. 1740-1810), son of James Dishman (1712-1800)."
