Research Note

The death certificates of two of the children of Edward J. Reynolds (Samuel Martin Reynolds and Archer Benjamin Reynolds) recorded their mother as Ann Gordon, the remaining children's death certificates all list Ann Reynolds. Samuel Martin Reynolds death certificate lists Anne Gordon of Rockbridge Co, VA and Archer Benjamin Reynolds death certificate lists Ann Gordon of Kentucky.

Is it possible that Edward Reynolds married a second time between 1850 and 1856? No evidnce of such a marriage has been found.
