(Grantor1) LandDeed1 Oct 1701 Robert Peck sold 200 acres of land for 3,500 pounds of "good sound tobacco in caske" in Richmond County, Virginia, to Samuel Duchemin on 1 Oct 1701. His name was recorded as Samuel Duchemine. This land became part of King George County after 1721.1
