This is the first known record of Samuel and Isaac in Virginia and is found in the Westmoreland County Virginia Court Order Book (1690-98), page 119a, February 28, 1693: At a Court held for the sd. County the twenty Eight day of ffeby.1693 (Capt. Wm Pierce, Mr. Wm Horton, Capt. Thos. Gouct, Mr. Henry Rosse, Justices), Mr. Malachy Peele came into Court and acknowledged a Deed of sale of Land from him to Saml. Decymee & Isaac Decymee to bee his proper Act & Deed and the Lands & premesses thereby conveyed to bee the just right and Inheritance of the sd. Saml. and Isaac Decymee. Ordered the same be Recorded.9

LandDeed*22 Feb 1696 Isaac Duchemin purchased 100 acres of land from Charles Ashton for 4000 pounds of tobacco in Westmoreland County, Virginia, on 22 Feb 1696. His name was recorded as Isaac Duchmine.11 
Death*circa Mar 1699 He died intestate circa Mar 1699 in Westmoreland County, Virginia.12 
Name-Oth His name was recorded as Isaac Duchemen in a petition for an estate inventory filed by Martha Duchemen, "relic of Isaac Duchemen", before the Westmoreland County Court after his death.13
